Each room also offers the convenience of a kitchenette for your comfort and ease. Outside, residents and families enjoy our inviting and lush courtyard and a spacious backyard adorned with beautiful garden beds. This isn’t just a place to live; it’s a caring community that’s tailored to provide the utmost comfort and support for your cherished family member.

Enhancing Independence & Wellness
At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood
Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. Our dedicated staff provides compassionate support, understanding each individual's story. With an Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood for Alzheimer’s and Dementia, plus serene outdoor spaces, we're here for every step of the journey.

🇺🇸 Honoring Our Veterans with the City of Fishers 🇺🇸
We were truly honored to have the City of Fishers join us in celebrating Veterans Day and recognizing the incredible veterans who call our campus home. Our mayor personally signed the certificates and sent his fearless leaders to present them and pay tribute to our heroes.
The ceremony, held in our library beside the Wall of Honor, was heartfelt and deeply moving. We are proud to have eight veterans in our community, and today we celebrated their courage, dedication, and service.

Our residents enjoyed another wonderful visit to our favorite monthly restaurant. Angie Warren Keilman, the owner, and her amazing crew always treat us like royalty — every single time.
