At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood
Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. Our dedicated staff provides compassionate support, understanding each individual's story. We would like to welcome the newest member of our Lake Meadows family, Barb! After joining us last Friday and expressing an interest in volunteer work, we were able to connect her with our Companion Visit program.
Having lost her husband in November, Barb was looking for a meaningful way to spend her time and make a difference. Today, she was paired with two wonderful ladies who were looking for companionship and friendship. What started as a simple visit quickly became a blessing for everyone involved.
Some things are simply meant to happen. Today was filled with creativity and fun across our campus! Residents in EPC spent the day working on beautiful marine life art projects to complement this month’s tropical theme. From colorful sea creatures to ocean-inspired designs, their imaginations were shining bright.
Meanwhile, our Assisted Living residents were busy creating, painting, and decorating signs for an upcoming fundraiser benefiting the Alzheimer’s Association. Every brushstroke was made with purpose as we work together to support an important cause.
