At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.

Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. We have 15 contestants who have stepped up to design, create, and WALK THE RUNWAY! 💃🕺 From everyday household items to one-of-a-kind fashion statements, our creativity is already running wild!
There’s lots of work ahead of us—cutting, taping, building, decorating, and bringing these wild creations to life. ✂️📦📰♻️

One activity our residents absolutely LOVE is Diamond Art! Every week, our Diamond Art Club gets together to create something beautiful. From colorful coasters and pictures to flowers, greeting cards, and more—you name it, we’ve probably made it! 🌸🖼️💌
Our residents love choosing their designs, placing each tiny diamond, and watching their creations come to life. The best part is seeing the beautiful finished project and being able to say, “I made that!” ❤️
