At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood
Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. We packed plenty of fun into one wonderful afternoon! We started by celebrating National Cherry Turnover Day with a delicious sweet treat 🍒🥐, followed by a very special birthday celebration for our resident, Dena! 🎉🎂
And what better way to end the celebration than with fantastic live entertainment by John Kirby! 🎤🎶 Our residents enjoyed the music, laughter, sweet treats, and time spent together.

Our residents always look forward to our monthly trip to Walmart! From personal care essentials and favorite snacks to groceries and those special deals we just can’t pass up, everyone enjoys filling their carts with a little bit of everything! 🛍️😄
