At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood
Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. 🦌🌿 Perfect Timing for Our Country Fest! As if our Country Festival couldn’t get any better, some special guests arrived right on cue! These beautiful deer made an appearance at our lake, giving residents an amazing opportunity to enjoy nature up close.
Be sure to check out the video of them swimming gracefully across the water. It was truly a breathtaking sight and a wonderful reminder of the beauty that surrounds us every day.
We are blessed to share our campus with so many feathered friends and wildlife visitors. From birds to deer and everything in between, we take great pride in caring for the animals that call our campus home. Our residents enjoy feeding and watching them daily, creating special connections with nature throughout the year.

🎶🤠 The best country entertainers around—Scott Greeson and Vickie Maris! 🤠🎶. If you haven’t had the opportunity to hear them perform, you’re missing out. Their incredible talent, authentic country sound, and engaging performances make every event special. We were fortunate to have them entertain our residents during our Country Theme Celebration.
Take a listen to some of the songs they performed and wrote themselves. Their music is filled with heartfelt lyrics, great storytelling, and true country spirit. Sit back, kick your boots up, relax, and enjoy some wholesome country music.

The laughter, excitement, and friendly competition were unforgettable as everyone embraced the country spirit and tried something new.
From testing their aim at the shooting range to hanging on tight during the bull rides, residents proved once again that age is just a number when it comes to having fun and making memories.

Residents enjoyed their monthly trip to Kroger, one of their favorite outings of the month! It was the perfect opportunity to stock up on groceries, snacks, drinks, and a few special treats.
From finding great bargains to browsing the aisles and picking out favorite items, everyone enjoyed the chance to shop and search for the best deals. These monthly trips not only help residents stay stocked up on essentials but also provide a fun opportunity to get out, socialize, and enjoy the community.
There’s always excitement to see what new items are available and what savings can be found. We look forward to this outing every month and all the smiles it brings!
