At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood
Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. Our dedicated staff provides compassionate support, understanding each individual's story. With an Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood for Alzheimer’s and Dementia, plus serene outdoor spaces, we're here for every step of the journey.

Volunteer Spotlight on two amazing ladies, Rylan and Barb. Their kindness, enthusiasm, and positive attitudes brighten our campus each and every week. Coming in 2 to 4 times per week, they stay actively involved in activities and are always willing to lend a helping hand. Their creativity and talent continue to amaze us as they prepare for next month’s fun — getting canvases ready for Donald Duck Day and creating homemade T-shirts from coloring sheets.
We truly would be lost without these two wonderful ladies. Thank you, Rylan and Barb, for sharing your time, talents, and hearts with all of us. Thank you for choosing Lake Meadows as your home. 💙

Starting a brand-new program this May called Private Party, thoughtfully hosted by our wonderful resident ambassadors — President, Gene, Vice President, Lori, and Secretary, Tammie. Their kindness and dedication helped create a very special welcome celebration for our new resident, Nancy, with delicious homemade goodies, thoughtful treats, and heartfelt hospitality.
It was wonderful hearing Nancy already share positive experiences and the joy she feels being part of the Lake Meadows family. Moments like these remind us how important connection, friendship, and feeling welcomed truly are.
We are so thankful for our amazing ambassadors and the love they pour into our campus each and every day. Their compassion and dedication continue helping our community grow stronger together. 🌸

This hilarious game had everyone laughing, competing, and even trying a little ball stealing along the way. 😄🦛 The competition was on as residents raced to collect as many balls as possible while cheering each other on. Hosting our very first private welcome party for one of our newest residents, Nancy. Our ambassadors discovered that her favorite cookie is white chocolate macadamia, her favorite bread is banana nut, and that she absolutely loves flowers. They took it upon themselves to create a heartfelt surprise filled with delicious homemade goodies, beautiful crafts, and lots of love. 🌸🍪🍌
