At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood
Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. Our dedicated staff provides compassionate support, understanding each individual's story. With an Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood for Alzheimer’s and Dementia, plus serene outdoor spaces, we're here for every step of the journey.

We had a great turnout for our monthly Resident Activity Meeting! 🎉
Our residents came together to share their ideas for upcoming activities, outings, themed parties, special events, and new adventures they’d like to experience.
Their input helps shape our monthly calendar, ensuring it reflects their interests and creates meaningful opportunities for fun, friendship, and lifelong memories.
We love trying fresh ideas and making sure every resident has a voice in planning the activities they enjoy most.
We’re especially excited about some of the events coming up in August! Residents are looking forward to our Watermelon Fest, an Indiana State Fair-themed celebration, a fun Animal Show, and a meaningful Back-to-School Volunteer Project to help support local students. There is always something exciting on the horizon at Lake Meadows!
