At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. 🎶✨ Trying Something New at Lake Meadows! ✨🎶
Today, we welcomed Sarah for a relaxing and unique sound therapy session with our residents and staff. It was an enlightening experience that many described as being as soothing as a massage.
Using singing bowls and a variety of other sound instruments, Sarah created calming vibrations that encouraged relaxation and mindfulness. Everyone had the opportunity to feel the vibrations up close and even try some of the instruments themselves, making it a truly interactive experience.

Nothing says the State Fair quite like homemade elephant ears! A HUGE thank you to Cindy for making these warm, delicious treats that really hit the spot. They were absolutely gigantic and every bite was worth it! 😋🍩
After enjoying our fair favorite, we tapped into our creative side by painting beautiful farm animal canvas masterpieces.
From tasty treats to colorful artwork, it was another fun-filled day celebrating all the sights, flavors, and creativity of the State Fair!

🐟🦈 Shark Week is still going strong on EPC! 🦈🐟
This morning, our residents put on their baker’s hats and created adorable shark-themed cookies, each designing their own unique masterpiece. The cookies looked almost too good to eat… almost! 😋
Everyone had a wonderful time decorating, laughing, and showing off their creative designs before enjoying the delicious treats. It’s safe to say they tasted just as good as they looked!
