At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood
Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. Our dedicated staff provides compassionate support, understanding each individual's story. With an Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood for Alzheimer’s and Dementia, plus serene outdoor spaces, we're here for every step of the journey.

🐦🏡 Our bird sanctuary project is coming to life! 🏡🐦
Our residents have been diligently working on their beautiful birdhouses, pouring creativity, love, and so much personality into each one. 🎨 Our goal is to have them completed and turned in by April 17 as we continue building a welcoming sanctuary for our feathered friends.
Each birdhouse will help create new homes filled with beauty, safety, and charm for the birds to enjoy. It’s been so special watching everyone come together to make something meaningful for nature and our campus. 🌿💛
We would also love for our community to join in! If you would like to donate a birdhouse or make one for our sanctuary, we would be honored to include it. Every contribution helps make this project even more beautiful and special.

🎹✨ An afternoon filled with beautiful music at Lake Meadows! ✨🎹
Today we were blessed to spend the afternoon enjoying the wonderful talent of Bill Porter as he tickled the ivory on the keyboard. 🎶
Bill graciously comes twice a month as a volunteer, sharing his gift of music with our Assisted Living and EPC residents. His music brings joy, comfort, and so many smiles to everyone who gathers to listen.
Moments like these remind us how special music can be — bringing back memories, lifting spirits, and creating such a peaceful, happy atmosphere throughout our community. ❤️

🎉 Our biggest outing yet! 🎉
Lake Meadows had our largest outing to date with 27 in attendance as we headed to @texasroadhouse for a very special occasion — Mallory’s going away celebration. ❤️
Mallory has been part of the @lakemeadowsal family for 2 wonderful years, and during that time she has truly been an incredible asset to our campus!
Her kindness, dedication, and the joy she brought to our residents and team will always be remembered.
While we are sad to see her go, we are so excited for all the greatness ahead in her next chapter. We wish her nothing but success, happiness, and endless blessings going forward.

We tried out the newly opened @vicious biscuits, and it absolutely did not disappoint! 🥐 Recently opened in December 2025, this place gave us the royal treatment from the moment we walked in. Miss Ross’s granddaughter, Gina (manager), works there, so we were lucky enough to have a very special personal server at our table, which made the experience even more memorable.
The food was outstanding, the service was impeccable, and to top it all off, we even got to meet the owners who were sitting right behind us! It truly felt like such a welcoming and special outing.
