At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood
Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. Our dedicated staff provides compassionate support, understanding each individual's story. With an Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood for Alzheimer’s and Dementia, plus serene outdoor spaces, we're here for every step of the journey.

🍉 The countdown is on! Our Community Watermelon Festival is almost here! 🍉
We’re putting the finishing touches on everything for tomorrow’s big event, and we couldn’t be more excited!
A huge thank you to our amazing friend Angie from Texas Roadhouse, who stopped by with a shopping cart full of fresh watermelon! ❤️ We also appreciate Julie, our Therapy Director, for dropping off fun outdoor games like ladder ball and cornhole to help make the day even more enjoyable.
As you can see, the watermelons are on ice and staying nice and cold—ready to be sliced and enjoyed tomorrow!
🌧️ Due to the forecast, the event will now be held indoors, so don’t let the rain stop you from joining us!
