At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood
Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. Tomorrow, we’re getting our hands dirty—planting gorgeous hostas, our new willow tree, setting up the birdhouses, and adding all the beautiful solar-powered accessories that will make this space extra special.

Celebrated Earth Day in the best way—with great music, delicious treats, and wonderful company! Our amazing entertainer @greggbacon filled the room with the soothing sounds of his saxophone, creating the perfect jazz-filled afternoon. Residents enjoyed tasty meatballs, fried pickles, cheese sticks, and refreshing ice cream punch while celebrating Mother Nature together.

Excitement is in the air as we prepare for the grand reveal of our beautiful new bird sanctuary! We are beyond honored and incredibly grateful to Mr. Gary Reynolds and Holly Bauer for their outstanding generosity, volunteerism, and dedication to giving back to @lakemeadowsal . Their thoughtful donations included 10 gorgeous hostas, a stunning braided bamboo willow tree, solar-powered bird baths, vibrant solar flowers, calming bird solar lanterns, solar hummingbird wind chimes, and two relaxing rocking chairs. Every detail adds warmth, beauty, and tranquility to this special sanctuary for our residents and local wildlife to enjoy.
