Each room also offers the convenience of a kitchenette for your comfort and ease. Outside, residents and families enjoy our inviting and lush courtyard and a spacious backyard adorned with beautiful garden beds. At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood
Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. Our dedicated staff provides compassionate support, understanding each individual's story. “To be part of the excitement of the Kentucky Derby, you’ve got to pick your horse and race! 🏇 Our friendly competition was in full swing at Lake Meadows, featuring the beautiful racetrack handcrafted by Ed a few years ago—still going strong and bringing the fun year after year.
