At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. One activity our residents absolutely LOVE is Diamond Art! Every week, our Diamond Art Club gets together to create something beautiful. From colorful coasters and pictures to flowers, greeting cards, and more—you name it, we’ve probably made it! 🌸🖼️💌
Our residents love choosing their designs, placing each tiny diamond, and watching their creations come to life. The best part is seeing the beautiful finished project and being able to say, “I made that!” ❤️

🕯️🎉 TEAM BUILDING—LIFE ENRICHMENT STYLE! 🎉🕯️
Life Enrichment Director Nadine took her amazing team out for a little bonding, creativity, and FUN! ❤️ Our first stop was The Soy Unplugged Candle Shop, where we made our very own homemade candles! With so many fragrances to choose from, everyone got to create a scent that was uniquely their own. 🕯️✨ Easy, interactive, and SO much fun!
If you’ve never made a homemade candle and you’re looking for a new experience, Soy Unplugged is the place to go! 🙌 The instructions were easy to understand and follow, the process was simple, and the experience was AMAZING! You definitely don’t have to be crafty to do this one. Pick your fragrance, follow the steps, and before you know it—you’ve made your very own candle! 🕯️👏❤️
After candle making, we headed to Ford’s Garage for dinner! 🍔🍟 What a fun atmosphere, amazing food, and fantastic service from Adam! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Definitely a 10/10 experience!
