At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. We celebrated America’s 250th anniversary by going out with a bang! The Forever Young Band had everyone singing, clapping, dancing, and smiling as they brought the house down with their incredible talent, amazing music, and outstanding musicianship.
Their performance was the perfect way to honor our country and celebrate the freedoms we cherish. We always look forward to welcoming one of our favorite bands back to Lake Meadows—they never disappoint!
A heartfelt thank you to the Forever Young Band for sharing your time and talents with our residents and making this celebration one to remember.

🍝❤️ What an incredible day at our Spaghetti Lunch Extravaganza! ❤️🍝
A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support our Alzheimer’s Association fundraiser! Guests enjoyed a delicious homemade meal featuring spaghetti with your choice of meat sauce or meatballs, creamy chicken fettuccine, fresh garlic bread, and cheesecake—all for just $5! What a deal!
Our residents also showcased their creativity with two tables full of beautiful handmade crafts, and thanks to the generosity of Texas Roadhouse, we raffled off an amazing gift basket filled with wonderful goodies.
Because of your generosity, we raised $350 through meal sales, raffle tickets, and handcrafted items. Every dollar brings us one step closer to supporting research, raising awareness, and helping in the fight to find a cure for Alzheimer’s disease.
