At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood
Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. Our residents have officially started their bird sanctuary project, just in time for Earth Day! 🌎🐦💚
We love our feathered friends and wanted to create a space that feels truly special—a home fit for a king or queen. From painting birdhouses to adding our own creative styles, every detail is being designed to look warm, colorful, and inviting for the birds.
Today was filled with laughter, creativity, and meaningful moments as everyone sat together painting, visiting, and feeling proud of the difference we are making. It feels so good to know we are helping care for nature and giving back to Mother Earth in such a beautiful way.

We are officially building a bird sanctuary by our beautiful lake, and today was a big step forward—811 came out and gave us the green light to begin! 🚧✅
Our residents are already excited and have started purchasing birdhouses that will soon become part of this beautiful new sanctuary. We can already imagine the peaceful sounds of birds, the beauty of nature, and the joy this special space will bring to everyone.
This is going to be such a wonderful addition to our community, and we cannot wait to watch it come to life. We’re getting a head start on our Earth Day celebration with one of our favorite community crafts—painting kindness rocks! 🌎🎨🪨
Today, we began hand-painting colorful rocks to hide around Potter’s Bridge Park for visitors to find and enjoy. Each rock was uniquely created with lots of love, creativity, and fun.
If you happen to find one, be sure to check the bottom of the rock! We found a special way to involve our community even more by adding a name and phone number so the finder can connect with us and receive a free gift.
Our residents had such a wonderful time painting, designing, and making each rock one of a kind.
