At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood
Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. Our dedicated staff provides compassionate support, understanding each individual's story. With the song “Watermelon High” playing in the background, our contestants sat in their chairs, put their hands behind their backs, and raced to see who could finish their watermelon slice using only their mouths! The laughter, cheering, and friendly competition had everyone smiling from start to finish.

Who knew pushing a watermelon with your mouth could be so entertaining? Our volunteers, and guests gave it their all, but there could only be one champion! What an incredible day at our Annual Community Watermelon Festival! 🍉❤️
We were truly blessed to welcome so many families, friends, and neighbors to celebrate with us. A huge thank you to our new friends from Pennington Church on 126th Street in Fishers for choosing Lake Meadows for their Serve Day. Their team of 30 amazing volunteers helped make this event a tremendous success!
Together, we served more than 100 guests with refreshing watermelon slices and delicious watermelon slushies. Everyone enjoyed game stations, dancing to the music of our favorite DJ, Kathy Bell, bracelets, temporary tattoos, and plenty of smiles and laughter throughout the day.
One of the best parts of the festival was watching our residents connect with members of the community.
Thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, donated, and helped create memories that will last a lifetime. This was truly one of our best events of the year, and our hearts are full of gratitude. We can’t wait to see you at our next community event.
