At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood
Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. Our dedicated staff provides compassionate support, understanding each individual's story. From Don and Alberta Lathan keeping us entertained, to Hayden whipping up delicious chocolate pistachio pudding cups, Neveen’s Irish stew that was truly out of this world, and Mary’s homemade shamrock cookies that were simply irresistible.
