Enhancing Independence & Wellness
At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood
Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. Our dedicated staff provides compassionate support, understanding each individual's story. Our residents made these beautiful fall pizza pan craft. Each one’s different and handmade. Why go out and buy when you can make your own. They turned out really good! All you need is a pizza pan, craft iron, fall or Halloween transfers, any type of fall or Halloween decorations and hot glue. 
We also served hot cider with muffins.
