At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood
Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. What a beautiful day to be outside enjoying nature! One of the many blessings of our campus is that you never know what wildlife you might encounter during a walk around the lake. From ducks and geese gliding across the water to deer quietly passing through, there is always something special to see.

Monthly Grocery Trip to Walmart 🛒
Our residents enjoyed their monthly outing to Kroger to stock up on groceries and favorite snacks! It’s always a great time browsing the aisles, picking out deals, and enjoying the independence of shopping together.

EPC Craft Corner Fun! 🐠✨
Our EPC residents enjoyed a creative afternoon making their own mini aquariums! They decorated each one with colorful shells, rocks, and beads, then added their own “goldfish” to bring them to life. Each aquarium turned out unique and full of personality, and residents had a great time naming their new creations.
