At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood
Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. As Nurse’s Week comes to a close, we want to take a moment to honor and celebrate our incredible nurses. Day in and day out, you are there making sure every need is met, offering comfort, care, and support whenever it is needed most.
To show our appreciation, the Life Enrichment Department hosted a special Recharge Station event just for our amazing nursing team. Nurses enjoyed a trail mix bar, fresh coffee, snacks, lotions, appreciation pins, and a little time to recharge and feel celebrated.
