At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood
Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. Our dedicated staff provides compassionate support, understanding each individual's story. With an Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood for Alzheimer’s and Dementia, plus serene outdoor spaces, we're here for every step of the journey.

Our grounds are looking more beautiful every day! 🌿
A huge thank you to our amazing intern, Jonas from HSE and our dedicated activity team for planting the bamboo tree generously donated by Holly. This stunning addition will grow up to 6 feet tall and become a true focal point in our sanctuary—thriving in full sunlight and standing proudly on its own.
With all the rain Mother Nature has blessed us with, everything is flourishing—especially our gorgeous hostas. It’s incredible to see our vision continue to come to life right before our eyes. 💚
