At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood
Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. Our dedicated staff provides compassionate support, understanding each individual's story. With an Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood for Alzheimer’s and Dementia, plus serene outdoor spaces, we're here for every step of the journey.

Today we hosted our very first Alzheimer’s & Dementia Family Support Group, led by Marci from Paradigm Health. 💜
Marci treated everyone to a beautiful charcuterie board while creating a warm and welcoming space for families to connect, ask questions, and share their experiences. Together, we discussed Alzheimer’s and dementia, gained a better understanding of the journey from a family’s perspective, and learned helpful tips, resources, and practical ways to support our loved ones.
