Enhancing Independence & Wellness
At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood
Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. Our dedicated staff provides compassionate support, understanding each individual's story. With an Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood for Alzheimer’s and Dementia, plus serene outdoor spaces, we're here for every step of the journey.

The Gift of Community: How Moving Before the Holidays Supports Emotional Well-Being
We tried out the newly opened @vicious biscuits, and it absolutely did not disappoint! 🥐 Recently opened in December 2025, this place gave us the royal treatment from the moment we walked in. Miss Ross’s granddaughter, Gina (manager), works there, so we were lucky enough to have a very special personal server at our table, which made the experience even more memorable.
The food was outstanding, the service was impeccable, and to top it all off, we even got to meet the owners who were sitting right behind us! It truly felt like such a welcoming and special outing.

Lake Meadows Breaks Ground on New Bird Sanctuary Project.
Exciting things are taking flight at @lakemeadows_al ! Today marked the official groundbreaking of our new bird sanctuary, a beautiful addition that will further enhance our campus and create a peaceful space for both residents and our feathered friends to enjoy.
Leading this special project is Project Manager Mike, with Project Director Nadine, and Contractor Dez helping bring the vision to life. The team got started today by digging the foundation and preparing the area for what is sure to become one of our most cherished outdoor spaces.
The excitement quickly spread across campus as several supporters and curious spectators circled the grounds, eager to see what all the buzz was about. Their enthusiasm made the day even more special as everyone shared in the joy of watching this newest Lake Meadows project begin.
This bird sanctuary is yet another meaningful way we continue to grow, beautify, and enhance the Lake Meadows community for all to enjoy. ✨ KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN AT POTTER’S COVERED BRIDGE! ✨
Our residents had the best time creating something special for the Noblesville community! ❤️
Together, we painted 30 beautiful rocks, and each resident made their own one-of-a-kind design filled with creativity, color, and love. The laughter, smiles, and joy during this project made it so much fun from start to finish.
Then came the adventure… we took our handmade treasures to Potter's Covered Bridge and hid them throughout the park for visitors to find! 🪨🎨
Each rock has our campus name and phone number on the back, so if you’re lucky enough to discover one, give us a call! We would love to invite you in for a tour of our beautiful community, plus send you home with fresh homemade bread and or cookies. 🍞🍪
And because every great outing deserves a sweet ending, we made a stop at Handel's Ice Cream Indy North for a cool and refreshing dessert. 🍦 Nothing better than ending a fun day with delicious ice cream and lots of smiles!
This is such a fun way for our residents to connect with the community, spread kindness, and maybe brighten someone’s day with an unexpected surprise.

Today’s outing took us to one of our favorite places — @wheelermissionstore ! 🛍️❤️ It’s truly a win-win for everyone. Our residents love finding great treasures at reasonable prices, and every purchase helps support Wheeler Mission’s efforts to feed those experiencing homelessness in our community.
It’s such a meaningful way to give back while doing something everyone enjoys — shopping! We love opportunities like this that allow us to have fun, find wonderful deals, and continue contributing to our community in a positive way.
