At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood
Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. Our dedicated staff provides compassionate support, understanding each individual's story. With an Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood for Alzheimer’s and Dementia, plus serene outdoor spaces, we're here for every step of the journey.

We want to give a special shoutout to our amazing ambassadors and residents who took the time to visit a dear friend, Peggy. Peggy, who we love and miss so much, is now at Hamilton Trace. Our group wanted to brighten her day, spread some love, and remind her just how much she means to all of us.

When it comes to celebrations, we don’t just host parties—we show out! 🎉
This year marked our very first Cinco de Mayo Carnival, and it was nothing short of incredible. From our “make-your-own” guacamole station to delicious tostadas de tinga, sopapilla cheesecake bars, tres leches cupcakes, and a full spread of festive favorites—there was truly something for everyone.
Guests enjoyed margaritas, tequila shots, refreshing horchata, Mexican candy, and fun photo props that kept the energy high all day long. 🌮🍹
With a total of 60 residents in attendance, this was by far one of our best events yet!
A heartfelt thank you to our amazing staff and volunteers who made this celebration possible. Your hard work and dedication continue to create unforgettable moments for our community.
We appreciate everyone who came out and made this event such a success.
