At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood
Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. We were so excited to welcome a brand new volunteer today, Ruth, from the United Methodist Church Companion Visit group! 💐Ruth led us in a fun and creative activity making miniature Easter baskets, and they turned out so cute! This hands-on project included weaving, coloring, painting, and gluing, giving everyone a chance to use their creativity and enjoy the process together. 🎨🧺 Our residents had such a great time, and the finished baskets turned out absolutely amazing. Moments like these bring so much joy, laughter, and togetherness to our day.

One of our favorite monthly music groups is bongo drums with Lisa! 🪘🎶 This is such a fun and creative way for our residents to express how they feel, play music, learn new rhythms, and simply enjoy the moment together.
A favorite part is the solo piece, where everyone gets the chance to play however they want—there’s truly no wrong or right way to play the drums! It’s all about self-expression, confidence, and having fun while making music.
