At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood
Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. Our dedicated staff provides compassionate support, understanding each individual's story. With an Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood for Alzheimer’s and Dementia, plus serene outdoor spaces, we're here for every step of the journey.

Today we had the privilege of welcoming special guests Molly and her husband, Ralph, from the Alzheimer’s Association. They shared valuable information about Alzheimer’s disease, where fundraising dollars go, and how each of us can make a difference.
Residents enjoyed an educational presentation followed by a wonderful question-and-answer session. We learned that Alzheimer’s is one of the leading causes of death in America and that, although it is most often associated with older adults, even young people can be affected. It is a devastating disease, and researchers continue working toward better treatments and, ultimately, a cure.
Every dollar raised through the Alzheimer’s Association helps fund research, education, advocacy, and support for individuals and families impacted by this disease. Thank you, Molly and Ralph, for taking the time to educate and inspire our community.
