At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood
Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. Our dedicated staff provides compassionate support, understanding each individual's story. We are very happy and blessed to know Cory from HSU. He is truly an amazing man with a heart of gold. ❤️ Every month he faithfully hosted our favorite game, “The Price Is Right,” for our residents and always brought so much joy, laughter, and excitement to our campus.
This month was his last official “Price Is Right” event representing HSU, and we are definitely not ready to part ways! Thankfully, Cory will continue coming each month as himself to host our residents’ favorite monthly game. That means the fun, smiles, and wonderful memories will continue!
