At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood
Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. Our dedicated staff provides compassionate support, understanding each individual's story. With an Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood for Alzheimer’s and Dementia, plus serene outdoor spaces, we're here for every step of the journey.

Our residents had an amazing time singing along to their favorite patriotic songs and celebrating together. A special shout-out to Kathy, who wrote an original song called “Hey, Hey USA!” It has become a big hit on the charts! Everyone joined in, singing, clapping, and cheering her on as we celebrated her creativity, our freedom, and the joy of being together.

What an amazing community event hosted by our wonderful Therapy Director, Julie, and the incredible Vertis Therapy team! 🇺🇸
Residents had a fantastic time enjoying a variety of games, including ladder ball, football toss, and cornhole. The fun continued with refreshing cold Gatorade, popsicles, patriotic bracelets, and plenty of smiles!
Even though the weather was warm, it didn’t stop us from having a great time. We stayed cool in the shade, enjoyed each other’s company, and made wonderful memories together.
At Lake Meadows, we don’t celebrate freedom for just one day—we celebrate it all season long and appreciate the freedoms we enjoy every day. ❤️🤍💙

Our fundraising crew is still going strong! 💙 We’re almost finished with our handcrafted wood pieces, and today our amazing volunteers helped us accomplish even more. With our fundraiser happening next Friday, we’re working hard to make sure everything is ready!
We’ve had so much fun learning new crafting techniques—from creating adorable children’s tables made from Gatorade bottles to beautiful serving trays and a variety of decorative signs. Every item is handmade with love, and every purchase helps support the Alzheimer’s Association.
We can’t wait to share all of our creations with you next Friday. Thank you to everyone who has volunteered, donated, and encouraged us along the way. Together, we’re making a difference! 💜
