At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood
Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. Our dedicated staff provides compassionate support, understanding each individual's story. With an Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood for Alzheimer’s and Dementia, plus serene outdoor spaces, we're here for every step of the journey.

🌺 Our beautiful courtyard is truly a labor of love! 🌺
Each flower, plant, and vegetable was personally selected and planted by our residents. They customized their own garden boxes, chose what they wanted to grow, added the soil, planted the seeds and plants, and continue to water and care for them each day.
The pride and dedication they put into their gardens is evident everywhere you look. From vibrant flowers to thriving vegetables, everything is growing beautifully and promises to provide a plentiful harvest.
We’re not quite sure what their secret is, but whatever they’re feeding these plants is certainly working! Their hard work, patience, and green thumbs have transformed our courtyard into a colorful and flourishing oasis for everyone to enjoy.

🌸 Creativity was blooming today! 🌸
Residents enjoyed an afternoon of arts and crafts, creating beautiful tissue paper flowers and colorful popsicle stick flowers. Their creativity and artistic talents were on full display as each unique masterpiece came to life.
There were plenty of smiles, laughter, and great conversation while everyone expressed themselves through art. The finished flowers turned out absolutely beautiful and are a wonderful reminder that creativity has no age limit.
At Lake Meadows, we love providing opportunities for residents to stay engaged, social, and creative while having fun together. What a colorful and enjoyable day! 🌼🌷🎨💐

🦌🌿 Perfect Timing for Our Country Fest! As if our Country Festival couldn’t get any better, some special guests arrived right on cue! These beautiful deer made an appearance at our lake, giving residents an amazing opportunity to enjoy nature up close.
Be sure to check out the video of them swimming gracefully across the water. It was truly a breathtaking sight and a wonderful reminder of the beauty that surrounds us every day.
We are blessed to share our campus with so many feathered friends and wildlife visitors. From birds to deer and everything in between, we take great pride in caring for the animals that call our campus home. Our residents enjoy feeding and watching them daily, creating special connections with nature throughout the year.

🎶🤠 The best country entertainers around—Scott Greeson and Vickie Maris! 🤠🎶. If you haven’t had the opportunity to hear them perform, you’re missing out. Their incredible talent, authentic country sound, and engaging performances make every event special. We were fortunate to have them entertain our residents during our Country Theme Celebration.
