At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood
Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. Our dedicated staff provides compassionate support, understanding each individual's story. With an Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood for Alzheimer’s and Dementia, plus serene outdoor spaces, we're here for every step of the journey.

Saying goodbye is never easy. We want to take a moment to recognize and thank our wonderful intern from HSU, Hayden who has been with us for the past six months. During her time here, she has made a meaningful impact on our campus, building connections with residents and bringing kindness, energy, and dedication to everything she does. We will never forget the event that you hosted, “Dancing with the Stars”.
As she prepares to graduate in 2026 and move on to her next chapter, we wish her nothing but success and happiness in all that lies ahead. She will be greatly missed, but we are so proud of her journey and everything she has accomplished.

Residents enjoyed spending the afternoon on our monthly outing to Hobby Lobby.
