At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.

Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. Looks like Mother Nature had other plans for our kayaking adventure today! 🌧️ But we didn’t let the Indiana weather dampen our spirits. Instead, we turned lemons into lemonade with a delicious breakfast at Lincoln Square Pancakes, followed by a fun-filled game of bowling at Pinheads. 🎳🥞
Sometimes the best memories come from unexpected changes in plans. Laughter, great food, friendly competition, and wonderful company made this a day to remember. We truly made the best of it and had an amazing time together!
