At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood
Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. Our dedicated staff provides compassionate support, understanding each individual's story. With an Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood for Alzheimer’s and Dementia, plus serene outdoor spaces, we're here for every step of the journey.

Our residents had a wonderful time getting creative by making their very own checkerboards! Each board was uniquely designed with colorful patterns and personalized game pieces, making every creation one of a kind.
The best part is that these handmade checkerboards aren’t just crafts—they’re interactive games that residents can enjoy together for years to come. It’s the perfect combination of creativity, fun, and friendly competition!

Every Thursday is a favorite day on EPC because we get to welcome our amazing Therapy Director, Julie, for a fun-filled morning of movement and laughter!
Residents enjoyed an energizing exercise class to keep their bodies strong, followed by an exciting game of noodle ball. Then we added a little extra fun by casting our fishing poles to see what everyone could catch! 🎣 There were plenty of smiles, laughter, and friendly competition along the way.
Staying active while having fun is what it’s all about. Thank you, Julie, for bringing your energy and enthusiasm each week. We always look forward to seeing you!

🐾 We had a special surprise visitor today! Our former intern, Hannah, who was with us two years ago, stopped by for a visit—and she brought along her adorable furry friend! ❤️
Pet therapy always brings so much joy, and our ladies absolutely loved spending time giving cuddles, sharing smiles, and soaking up all the puppy love. It was also wonderful catching up with Hannah and taking a trip down memory lane.
