At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood
Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. Our dedicated staff provides compassionate support, understanding each individual's story. Saying goodbye is never easy. Today we are wishing our last intern, Jonas, a heartfelt farewell as he begins an exciting new chapter ahead and prepares to graduate in 2026. Jonas has been such a wonderful asset to our campus and Residents, always bringing kindness, dedication, and positivity wherever he went.
From helping with the bird sanctuary project to being involved in the men’s group and many different clubs and activities, Jonas has made a lasting impact on so many lives. We are grateful for all the memories, hard work, and smiles he shared with us along the way.

Big changes are happening with EPC, and Jenna is already making a wonderful impact on just her second day! We’ve started photo binders so Residents can save and showcase their beautiful artwork to share with family and friends. We also added a puzzle table where Residents can stop by anytime to relax, socialize, and work on puzzles together. To brighten things up even more, we’ve started decorating the bulletin board around our calendar to make it more fun, eye-catching, and welcoming for everyone.
