Each room also offers the convenience of a kitchenette for your comfort and ease. Outside, residents and families enjoy our inviting and lush courtyard and a spacious backyard adorned with beautiful garden beds. This isn’t just a place to live; it’s a caring community that’s tailored to provide the utmost comfort and support for your cherished family member.

Enhancing Independence & Wellness
At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood
Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. Our dedicated staff provides compassionate support, understanding each individual's story. With an Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood for Alzheimer’s and Dementia, plus serene outdoor spaces, we're here for every step of the journey.

What an amazing day filled with fun, laughter, and appreciation! 🎳❤️
As a special thank-you, Nadine, our Life Enrichment Director, treated our incredible volunteer team to a fun afternoon of bowling. These amazing volunteers worked tirelessly to help make our Alzheimer’s fundraisers a tremendous success, raising over $1,000 through our Texas Roadhouse fundraiser and Spaghetti Lunch. Their dedication, kindness, and servant hearts made it all possible, and we are truly blessed to have each one of them.
The best surprise of the day? We discovered it was Lori’s very first time bowling! 🎉 It was so much fun watching her make a new memory and cross something off her bucket list. Sometimes it’s the simple moments that become the most meaningful.
Thank you to all of our volunteers for everything you do for our residents and our community. A huge thank you to Barb, Mike, and Nadine for hosting another fun-filled afternoon. Residents had a wonderful time, and there were so many great prizes to choose from. The hottest item of the day? 🍦 Ice cream! You can never go wrong with a delicious sweet treat.
